Policies:

Deposits: A deposit of approximately 20% of the total lodging value of the reservation is due at time of booking (and including the total value of any lift tickets purchased), with the final payment balance always due 35 days prior to arrival. Lodging reservations made within 35 days of arrival are payable in full at time of booking reservation.

Cancellation Policy: (10/11 Winter Ski Season) For cancellations made outside of 35 days of arrival, there is a flat $100 cancel fee retained of your initial deposit, with the balance refunded to you. **All holiday reservations for stays during the period that touch the dates of 12/18/10 through 1/4/11, or the additional dates of 1/14-1/17 (MLK), 2/18-2/21 (President's Day), or 3/14-3/28 (Spring Break Weeks) incur a flat $200 cancel fee retained of the initial deposit, with the balance refunded to you. Inside of 35 days of arrival, there are no refunds. **Please note: Lift tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

Cancellation Policy: (2010 Fall Season)

Summer cancellations made outside of 24 hours of arrival are subject to
a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total reservation value, with a
minimum fee of $50.

Cancellations inside of 24 hours of arrival (4:00p.m. the previous day)
are non-refundable.

Please allow one complete billing cycle of the credit card provided to
reflect any credit due for cancellations.

No shows and early departures will be charged in full, no exceptions.

Arrivals and Departures: Check-in time is after 4:00p.m. Please present your confirmation at check-in. Check-out time is prior to 10:00a.m.

Sales tax and resort fees are additional to lodging cost to arrive at total value of reservation.
